requires 25% - 50% travel, both domestic and international. Work
location: This position requires on-site presence in Boulder, CO,
following a hybrid work model. Job Summary The Sr. Product Manager
of AIS AI Product Management Organization is responsible for
defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for both internal
and external AI-driven solutions within the Acuity Intelligent
Spaces organization. This role bridges technical innovation with
business value, working closely with the Intelligent Automation
team to drive internal SDLC efficiency and with the Intelligent
Solutions team to deliver revenue-generating customer-facing AI
products. The Sr. Manager will advocate for AI adoption, define
product requirements, manage feature prioritization, and ensure
alignment between technical capabilities and market needs. This is
an individual contributor role with growth potential to lead a team
of product managers as the organization scales. Key Tasks &
Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Define and communicate
product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal AI-driven SDLC
tools and automation solutions supporting engineering productivity.
Develop product strategy and go-to-market approach for external
customer-facing AI solutions, including pricing models, feature
prioritization, and revenue optimization Collaborate with
engineering, research, and applied intelligence teams to translate
technical AI capabilities into actionable product requirements and
user stories Lead market research, competitive analysis, and
customer discovery to identify opportunities for AI-driven
innovation in both internal operations and external markets Manages
a staff of associates with hire/fire, compensation and performance
management decision making. Responsible for career development,
mentoring and training of staff members Drive AI advocacy, toolset
evaluation, and adoption programs across the organization,
including training and change management initiatives Engage with
stakeholders, customers, and partners to gather feedback, validate
assumptions, and ensure product-market fit Define success metrics,
KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure product adoption,
business impact, and ROI for AI initiatives Skills and Minimum
Experience Required Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent 7 years of
product management experience with proven track record of
delivering successful software products Deep understanding of
current AI landscape including generative AI, agentic systems, AI
workflows, and multi-modal applications Strong technical acumen
with ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data
science teams Demonstrated experience defining product strategy,
roadmap, and go-to-market plans Proven ability to influence
stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment without direct
authority Experience with B2B SaaS product management and
understanding of revenue models, pricing strategies, and customer
segmentation Strong analytical skills with experience defining and
tracking product metrics and KPIs Excellent written and verbal
communication skills with ability to present to executive
leadership Passionate about process improvement and leveraging AI
to drive measurable business outcomes Self-starter with ability to
work independently and define product vision with minimal direction
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps
practices Preferred Skills and Experience Masters degree (MBA, MS
in Computer Science, or related technical field) or equivalent
combination of education and experience Experience in PropTech,
smart buildings, IoT, or building automation industries Background
in enterprise B2B SaaS product management with revenue
responsibility Experience managing both internal developer tooling
and external customer-facing products Prior work with agentic AI
systems, multi-agent frameworks, or autonomous AI applications The
range for this position is $120,800 to $217,400. Placement within
this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and
geographic location. Acuity offers generous benefits including
