info_outline X This is a 18-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). The

opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be
before or after the specified date. Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of
project or program management experience working across teams.
Preferred qualifications: Experience working internationally or
professionally in multiple languages, with a demonstrated passion
for Google products and users. Experience with localization
operations and strategy, localization program management, or
internationalization. Ability to present to executive
decision-makers in a clear and compelling manner. Ability to
operate in a growing, ambiguous, and global environment with
demonstrated success in project management, execution, and
multitasking. Ability to craft solutions that meet stakeholder and
user needs by leveraging the existing Menu of Services (MoS) or new
technologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to
influence and communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels

range for this full-time position is $141,000-$204,000. Our salary
ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the
range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Orchestrate the entire localization life-cycle for
Google products from initial inception to launch. Take ownership of
vendor execution to ensure seamless delivery, quality standards,
and cost-efficiency across all project phases. Cultivate
influential relationships with product teams, serving as a SME on
the localization journey. Advocate for global users by partnering
with stakeholders to align localization strategies with business
objectives and regional insights. Collaborate with the Portfolio
Lead to manage product localization budgets. Analyze product
roadmaps to drive annual planning and data-driven guidance to
stakeholders. Master localization workflows to identify critical
tool and process enhancements. Partner with Operations and
Engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions that drive
operational efficiency. Build and present compelling cases for new
opportunities, including language expansion and process
refinements. Package insights into communications to influence
leadership and drive global implementation.
