Job Summary The Technology Services & Sales Rep supports customers, including farms, producers, and veterinarians, by providing technical expertise, on-farm training, and product-focused guidance that improves colostrum management, calf health, and overall operational efficiency. This role serves as a bridge between needs of the field and our internal teams, helping translate customer challenges and industry research into actionable insights. The fulfillment center is a warehouse for the storage and distribution of dental and/or animal health supplies and equipment. In general, the building’s primary work area consists of pallet storage racking, roller storage, and small item storage shelving. The facility may use powered conveyor systems for the transportation of products. Pallet jacks and forklifts are used for palletized products. Some positions require use of safety equipment, which is provided as needed. Primary Traveling: This position requires traveling to customer locations and providing services and support to customers. Remote: This position primarily completes work from a remote setting, most commonly, a home office. This may be referenced as flexible workplace. Travel Requirements 50% Includes regular regional or national travel to US-based farms for visits and support. Could include occasional international travel, depending on project locations and business needs.
