Job Description:
Domestic Relations Associate We are seeking an experienced and
highly skilled Domestic Relations Associate to join our dynamic
team in Denver. As a key member of our family law practice, you
will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service
and driving successful outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities:
• Draft and prepare complex legal documents, including separation
agreements, custody arrangements, pre and postnuptial agreements,
and other family law-related documents • Represent clients in
high-stakes hearings, trials, status conferences, and mediations,
demonstrating exceptional advocacy and negotiation skills • Conduct
thorough legal research, prepare case materials, and manage expert
witnesses to support partners and drive case success • Provide
exceptional client service, including regular communication,
support, and guidance throughout the legal process • Collaborate
effectively with support staff, delegating tasks and assignments to
ensure seamless workflow and optimal results Requirements : • At
least 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family
law • Proven track record of success in high-pressure, fast-paced
environments • Excellent written and oral communication skills,
with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise
language • Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial attitude, and
attention to detail • Ability to thrive in an inclusive, diverse
