Job Purpose : Are you ready for your next career move? Join our
Global Technical Support Team and collaborate with Global Service,
Marketing, Sales, Development, and other cross-functional groups,
to provide product support and customer issue management for
Particle Characterization and Counting systems. The position
reports to the Global Technical Support Manager within the Global

Duties and responsibilities:
Own technical escalation of product related application issues
Own Product Line Escalations of product related application
Developing expert level knowledge of existing methods. Provide
guidance and associate development through training and mentoring
Develop creative and effective support strategies, input to
customer manuals and procedures for new products
Train field based applications, call center, and customer
Input to development projects as a customer advocate
Input to test design for verification of workflow
Lead and actively engage the Early Response Team process for
product introductions to bias product success. Employing sound
project management methods.
Ensuring all safety, quality and regulatory requirements are in
compliance with standards and agencies such as: ISO, GMP and
