Check schedule to make sure projects and periodic work/tasks are scheduled.Provide strong customer relations to ensure each customer has an exceptional experienceEnsure all customer needs are being met through the service TFC is providing them.Acting with a sense of urgency in all that you do so your customers are taken care of in a timely manner.Become the Trusted Advisor for all of your customers.Develop personal and professional relationships with customers.Proactively plan and provide strategic management for your area of operationsFind and fix problems and implement improvements with a bias towards root cause solutions - use the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) process for continuous improvementIdentify trends and opportunities before they become complaints/problems (proactive thinking/planning).Continually look at the chess board to recognize changes coming and plan for those changesMonitor your customer's health to ensure it does not become an "at risk" accountServe the internal customers (Team Members) by solving problems and removing barriers so they can succeed in their roleProvide financial management for your area of operations to ensure delivery of service is coming in at or under budget, while providing an exceptional team member and customer experience*WHAT YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON*100% account retentionCustomer complaints vs. complimentsTurnover is trending downwardHours are monitored to budgedEquipment and supplies are at or under budgetEvery client is serviced as scheduled.Seamless service delivered to clientsInspections are completed as scheduled*Additional Position Details*The operations manager will be required to travel throughout the designated area visiting with our clients and completing inspections. You will be running an entire operations area of about 60 Team Members and 100 customers. The operations manager will need to have flexibility in their schedule as this isn't your normal Monday-Friday 8-5 job. You will occasionally have to work weekends and you will work into the evening hours. This is a 45+ hour per week position.The pay for this position will be $55,000 to start with opportunity for advancement at 6 months and annuallyThis position will be a full-time exempt salary positionWill receive a monthly mileage and cell phone reimbursementEligible for health benefits after 90 daysEligible for PTO after 90 days*REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION*Experience in the service industry preferredPeople Management experience or other prior management experienceAbility to be a problem solverBachelor's degree or higher in business management or other management degrees (Experience can be substituted for degree) (Recent grads accepted!)Ability to pass a background and drug screen to include marijuanaDesire to be a part of something larger than yourselfStrong work ethic and desire for long-term employmentNo visible tattoo's or extreme facial piercingsWorks hard but also like to have F.U.N. while getting things done!A valid Driver License and a reliable vehicle (travel throughout Northern Colorado required)(Willing to train the right candidate)
