This is a full timeposition that requires dependability, accuracy and accountability. We need a responsible individual to help us take care of our clients and their vehicles. This individual should be detail oriented, reliable and take pride in their work! This job involves answering incoming service calls,making outbound calls for service scheduling, reminders, and follow-up, assisting our service advisors and/or service manager as needed with other various tasks. Starting Wage - $16 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Answering incoming service calls
* Scheduling service appointments
* Making outbound phone calls for scheduling and follow-up
* Routing service calls to the appropriate people
* Assisting with document scanning and filing
* Assisting the Service Advisors and Service Manager as needed
* Other daily tasks as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

* Previous customer service experience
* Previous reception or BDC experience
* Being comfortable with using various computer programs
* Ability to work an occasional Saturday
* Above average energy level
* Personal and professional integrity
* Positive attitude and great work ethic
* Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* Previous experience is a plus but not required
