Location: Loveland, CO Job Type: Hybrid remote/in-person Industry: Higher Ed/Medical Supply Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses - Company Overview - SurgiReal Products is a growth-phase company that strives to give patients, students, and educators confidence in their results by providing high fidelity surgery simulation products. Job Summary - In this role, you will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you. Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by developing an account strategy and pipeline, maintaining your CRM, developing market and competitor knowledge, and creating sales proposals. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth by building innovative proposals with multiple SKUs and closing deals quickly and efficiently. Job Qualifications: Must have:

  • 2 years Business Development (Prospecting / Lead Gen / Sales Results). -
  • Inside (Remote) and Virtual Outreach (cold & warm). -
  • CRM Tech Experience. -
  • Eager Hunter mentality and willingness to develop opportunities by actively engaging in identifying and mining possible new clients and building relationships.
  • Ability to portray a true value add to teaching programs.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to overcome objections.
  • Must be a good listener.
  • Hours needed to work - 7:00 am/MST to 3:30 pm/MST. -Nice to have:
    • Healthcare and Education industry.
    • College degree.Job Duties: -
      • Utilize CRM and internet research, search for prospects.
      • Cold calling prospects.
      • Weekly goal: 5 appointments booked per week.
      • Zoom presentation of product, sending samples, and follow-up to close business.
      • Hours needed to work - 7:00 am/MST to 3:30 pm/MST. -Supervisory Responsibilities:
        • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Reports to:
          • VP of Sales -Compensation:
            • $50K-$70K base + commission and bonuses.
            • Year 1 OTE: $90KBenefits:
