The Training Coordinator/LMS Administrator of the Hach Training
organization oversees the operational aspects of customer and
internal training programs and LMS systems. This individual creates
and maintains customer training reports, which includes class
attendance, training revenue and expenses, and post training sales.
The individual in this position must be able to identify and
clearly define process improvements, as well as implement these
changes within as necessary.
Assists in developing the operational processes of the training
organization
Administrator in Learning Management System (LMS) - including
loading new content, maintaining training records, creating course
calendars, and assisting customers in the system
Helps drive revenue through established marketing channels
Develops and fosters relationships with partners, customers,
regulatory agencies, Hach associates and management to identify
current/changing training needs
Publishes and maintains training offerings on company websites
Creates & maintains monthly forecasts of training deliverables
Handles incoming communications (email and/or phone calls) from
internal and external customers on training offerings and course
registrations
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. This is the
range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible
compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may
ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is
only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range
may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
