Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to facilitate installation of the All-American Sports Material (AASM) products through customer interaction and sales.
Expected Results and Achievements

• 
  
• Understand AASM product catalog, sell aggregate material to customers, and execute installations
  
  • 
    
  • Know proper sports field maintenance practices for productive customer conversations
    
    
  • Transport equipment between project sites and schedule project deliverable dates
    
  • Regularly interact with existing and potential customers for customer service satisfaction and growth opportunities
    
  • Other duties as assigned
    
    Key Accountabilities
    The primary areas of responsibility include:
    
    • 
      
    • Customer contact and relationship management
      
      
      • 
        
      • Assist in project installations
        
        Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
        
        • 
          
        • Knowledge of aggregate materials
          
        • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
          
        • Proficiency in installation equipment
          
          Education and Experience
          
          • 
            
          • Bachelor's Degree a plus
            
          • Minimum two years experience, aggregate industry preferred
            
            Salary Range: $24 to $25 hr
            Bonus Eligibility: Hour Bank
