The Analyst will work with the SPC team to support the Global
Research and Development teams with strategic planning,
acquisitions, and technology evaluations. This will be done by
identifying applicable compliance requirements and their impact,
and then providing technical translation of requirements to global
engineering teams as required. Finally, the Analyst will be
responsible for product post-launch changes (e.g., product
evolution, corrective actions) to ensure ongoing compliance and
completing compliance reviews and trainings of open innovation
products and acquisitions.
Additional Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of international environmental and drinking
water compliance standards and approval processes.
Investigate and perform routine assignments with environmental and
drinking water compliance subject matter requirements.
Actively monitor and review developments in compliance requirements
(i.e. new requirements that may affect company products).
Demonstrate competence and skills in applying compliance knowledge
to the product development and certification of company
products.
Report on the status of compliance projects and products.
Participate in compliance related preliminary and critical design
reviews of Water Quality Platform products.
Qualifications:
4 year degree in a science, engineering, or materials
preferred.
Experience in completing product regulatory, environmental and
water compliance projects.
Knowledge of ISO quality systems (specifically documentation and
procedure controls) and related requirements.
General experience in reading and interpreting environmental (RoHS,
Battery, Packaging, Mercury, WEEE, SCIP, Biocides) and drinking
water/food (NSF, DWI, ACS, DVGW) regulations and laws.
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and complex
critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong technical writing skills and proficiency with computer
software applications.
Detail oriented, adaptable, quick learner and self-management.
Travel:
Moderate travel (
The salary range for this role is $47,000-$64,000. This is the
range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible
compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may
ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is
only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range
may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
