We are only considering those who will be board-eligible or board-certified in both pulmonary disease and critical care medicine. The group has pulmonary clinics in Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley Colorado (30 minute radius).  Inpatient services include Medical Center of the Rockies (level 1 trauma, currently expanding both ICU and inpatient beds with new tower construction to be completed 2026), Poudre Valley Hospital and Greeley Hospital.  Practice model includes integrated APPs, with a focus on inpatient support.  Weekend and weeknight call is split evenly amongst the team, which includes one dedicated nocturnist. Average call burden is 2 -3 call nights per month, and 1 in 5 weekends on daytime inpatient service.  EPIC EMR utilized system-wide. Exceptional Benefits  This position offers a competitive compensation package:  The pay range for this full-time position is $407,000-$452,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.  After 2 years, consideration for partnership.
