Our firm is seeking a Customer Service/Business Associate who is looking for a career that offers constant coaching, development, and long-term growth. The Customer Service/Business Associate will execute market sales and business development campaigns to further our clients' growth and acquisition targets. We are looking for an entry-level potential employee who will support our fast-growing team. Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Business Associate: Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets Communicate directly with consumers throughout the assigned market upon executing business development and sales campaigns Coordinate with the Business, Customer Service and Sales Managers to develop new development and marketing strategies based on the assigned territory Generate personal performance reports to monitor progress and communicate with leadership any additional coaching and training needed Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned Communicate confidently with the sales team and other Customer Service/Business Associates to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate client messages
