Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote students' academic and social success. Document and report on student progress towards outlined goals. Provide guidance and coaching to teachers and parents on how to support children's speech and language development at home and in school. Proficiency in various speech therapy techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Experience in pediatrics or school-based settings. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
