This position focuses on diagnosing and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders in elementary school students, promoting better communication skills, which are crucial for their academic and social success. Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) and provide regular progress updates. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate speech therapy with student learning. Develop treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques suitable for school-aged children. Record, report, and interpret assessment findings and treatment outcomes. Proficiency in use of speech therapy tools and diagnostic testing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of child development and specific speech and language disorders. Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
