Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a committed and skilled CT XR Technologist
Traveler for our Free Standing Emergency Departments (FSED) across
various locations in Colorado. In this role, you will be
fundamental in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services
and patient care. This traveling position involves operating
sophisticated imaging equipment to assist physicians in the
diagnosis of serious medical conditions and performing both CT and
X-Ray imaging according to established protocols. As a part of our
team, you will contribute directly to UCHealth’s mission of
delivering patient-centered care in a supportive and
technologically advanced environment. Perform high-quality CT and
X-ray imaging according to established protocols and safety
guidelines. Travel between various UCHealth Free Standing Emergency
Departments as required. Prepare patients and equipment for imaging
procedures by adhering to strict safety and privacy standards.
Consult with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure
accuracy of diagnostic information. Maintain imaging and
radiographic equipment in safe, working order. Document all
procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records. Provide
compassionate care and assistance to patients throughout diagnostic
procedures. Proficiency in operating complex imaging equipment
including CT and X-Ray machines. Strong understanding of
radiological safety and protection principles. Excellent patient
care and communication skills. Ability to adapt to varying work
environments and challenges. Problem-solving skills and technical
acumen. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
(ARRT) certification. Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist in the
state of Colorado. CT certification.
